Your screen stays on your Mac. We use purchase and license information to deliver Solen and manage your activations.
On your Mac
Solen’s display effects run locally. The app does not upload screenshots, screen content, or analytics telemetry. This website does not use advertising trackers or an analytics integration.
Payments and licensing
Stripe processes payments. Your payment details are handled by Stripe; Solen’s license service does not receive your full card number. See Stripe’s privacy policy for information about its services.
We store your purchase email, payment references and license records to deliver your key, manage activations and handle refunds. Activation sends your license key and an app-specific hashed Mac identifier. This lets us count your active Macs and free a slot when you deactivate one.
Solen checks an active license online periodically. After a successful check, your license works offline for up to 30 days.
Website requests
Your browser sends information such as your IP address and requested page when you visit this website. We use request information to deliver pages and downloads, operate the service and prevent abuse.
Keeping your information
We keep purchase and license records to maintain your license, resolve payment issues and meet applicable record-keeping requirements. We do not sell your personal information or use your license email for advertising.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Some purchase records may need to be retained to meet legal requirements. For help with your license or information, reply to your Solen license email.
